We want you to love your JAK + PHIL product(s) as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes we all have a change of heart. If an item does not meet your expectations it can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 21 days of delivery as long as it is in new and unused condition. If beyond 21 days and the item is still in new and unused condition, we can only issue store credit in the form of a gift card. To initiate an exchange, please contact us below with the subject line “Exchange Order #”, and we will assist you. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery of the original order.

* Returns & Exchanges must be initiated within the allowed timeframes. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Customer is responsible for paying for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged, in which case we will provide a return label.
